Yo! Thought tt jus nw would be another "Monday blue" again but.. surprisingly it was not! Hahaha. Moreover, i felt tt the time had passed very quickly ytd too...tick tock tick tock, lunch time..tick tock tick tock knock off time xD

Anws after work, i went to compass to design, ice cum buy bdae cake for my dearest big bro tgt with mq and sjie=) Woot i was v.nervous during icing the cake leh.. like no much idea.On the other hand, the children who are icing the cake had did it sooo much better than me leh xD they anyhow ice also seem to look better than me mine xDDD Haha. But luckily, there were mq and sjie around to support me and give me some inspiration. But i had made them stand for quite a long time with me w/o having dinner xD Thanks mq and sjie for accompanying me!:D So in the end, the cake was done but not really well-done la:X cos is quite plain... but like mq and sjie had told me, it's the thought tt's count=)

Back home, I faster ate my dinner and continue to deco the cake! Ah haha..then i 灵机一动 and went to make use of almonds to deco the cake xD So it looks a little better now (: So once everyone was back home, we gathered tgt to sing bdae song and celebrate my bro's bdae! Yipee 我这个主办者主办"生日爬地" 成功! My 2nd bro even praised me for organising and buying the cake=))

Yayy i really love this feeling and moment of my family getting tgt :D Felt very 幸福 <3 And i also perceived the true meaning of family commitment. 即使我的贡献不是很大,但是能给家人带来一些微笑, 一切的一切都是值得的! (:

"You are so kind," the maggie mee boy muttered.  I was surprised to hear that, and I asked him to repeat himself again.  "You are so kind." "Oh, why did you say so?" "You let me do what I want." The old me would be feeling soooo happy to hear such a compliment.  However, I realised I don't really feel that way. Instead, I was curious to find out what had made him say that. I later made sense that he has hardly encountered much kindness acts from others as he is always being scolded by others.  And my action during that session might have made him feel that he is being treated nicely and he appreciated that. Thank you for reminding me to be kind.

A fresh start.

10 years ago, the memory of MOE signing session reminded me of my internal reluctance and struggle of signing my 8 years of life away.  Today, I am back at the very place for yet another signing session. What an irony.  Nevertheless, this time is different - I have done so pretty much happily and readily. I guess this is how it feels like to feel empowered - to make my own choices and take responsibility of them. Honestly, I am not too sure whether this decision will be better or far worse than 10 years ago. I fear the uncertainty but I feel that I have made the best personal choice for myself that aligns with my personal belief and ambition.  I guess that's why I am still able to go up to that very stage again and to sign with confidence.  After the signing session, I had an interesting conversation with my brother and cousin about the difference between a job and career.
